A Dupe for a Glam Glow Youth Mask (Sephora Mud Mask Purifying and Mattifying Review)

Happy Saturday, Y'all ! Last saturday is a good day for me because I have found a friendly pricing for a great mask. A great Mask equal to a great skin condition :)
So without further a due I would like to share my experience with Sephora Mud Mask Purifying & Mattifying
The product claims :
Allow your skin to be free from impurities with this mud mask. It absorbs excess sebum to unclog pores. It also works to reduce the appearance of blemishes and soften your skin. Upon rinsing, your skin will look totally clean and matte without any signs of dryness.

Well, After the first try I call the mask a ‘gentle exfoliater’, which do a deep cleansing to your face without any harsh beads scraping againts the skin. After applying the product gently massage all around the face and neck and please avoid the eye area, because the eye area has the most delicate surface. After that leave the mask for about 10-15 minutes then rinse it with a luke warm water. For me the Sephora mud mask is doing a great job, it leaves my skin a velvety feeling and makes my skin looks brighter. I could say it is a dupe for A Youth Mask by GlamGlow., you could also read a full review of Youth Mask from Glam Glow HERE.
The mask is Paraben-free and designed with a Non-comedogenic formula and Dermatologically tested.

Usage :
Use once or twice a week.
Apply an even layer over your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
Massage onto clean face around all areas and leave on for 10 - 15 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water or clean with damp towel.

Let me know what you think..
Bye for now, see you on my next post !

Glowing Skin, Work in Process.. Whitening Power Spots Specialist by SK2 review

Hello again,
In Summer 2016 I've decided to change one of my face serum to SKII Whitening Power Spots Specialist (WPSS). So here's the background of my skin, I had a hyperpigmentation since I was a kid, playing on the beach, having fun with the sun gave me a sweet freckles, some in my face, some in my body. I had it removed by did a laser treatment, and the result are fabulous but since I had it in my genes so I have to protect my skin and slowing down the hyperpigmentation process. I'm using a blanc expert series from Lancome before and now I want to try something new. As we know SKII is a well known brand and I am familiar with the brand. I am using the miracle water by SKII since I was in a fresh year in my university, so it's been like 13 years.. WOW.. it is quite a long time, almost half of my age.. LOL..

The SKII WPSS help to fights hyperpigmentation and reduces spots, It's formulation contains the Ultimate Spots Corrector, which is engineered to break the vicious cycle by repairing skin damage and breaking the core of melanin pillars to reduce spots and also prevent new ones from forming.
It is a Gel-like liquid, the SKII WPSS is immediately absorbed into skin. It feels incredibly light, it has no fragrance so it is safe for a sensitive skin like mine, and the dropper keeps all the germs out.

And the Usage...
I apply the SKII WPSS after toner, miracle water and my booster serum, So I put a few drops and pat it into areas where the freckles used to be there and then I put like 6 tiny drops in 4 areas in my face, Forehead, chin, and 2 drops in each cheecks.

After almost 4 weeks of usage, I feel my skin looks more evened out, and more radiance Also I have this one dark spots near my chin post my breakouts and it is visibly reduced. I love it and planning to continuing the usage.

Bye for now, see you on my next post !

The Magic Pen.. Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat Review

Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat

I’ve been using this magic pen since 9 months ago and I am in love with it ever since, now I am using my third pens now.

It is a luminizing pen that brings light and radiance to the skin, immediately erases any signs of fatigue, and brightens the complexion.
Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat Pen always make me look so fresh, awake and make me radiant. It is my secret weapon especially when I lack of sleep and feeling tired. It never caked up on me (even without setting powder). It’s so creamy and easy to blend, It is also never dried out my sensitive under eye area and so perfect for an eyeshadow base and make my eyeshadow long lasting.
Some don't like it because it does not cover undereye circles and blemishes. But this pen is not meant for that, and it did not cover mine. But if you want to look radiant, glowy, awake and you are looking for a fool-proof and easy to use product, give this a try.

What do you think about this bad boys ? Is it worth the hype ?
Bye for now, see you on my next post.

Love from the first try.. Loreal Everstrong Sulfate Free anti breakage Shampoo Review

When I was strolling around the drugstore I found it very interesting by seeing a shampoo which declared it could repair and strengthen hair in 1 wash, and it is also sulfate-free.. Please meet one of my favourite hair care routine, Ever Strong Sulfate Free, anti breakage shampoo by L’oreal.

And here’s what they said about the Product :
EverStrong Sulfate-Free Fortify System, a new hair fortifying and caring system that injects strength into hair from the first wash. Our formulas, with 360º Cuticle Care, help reinforce weak & fragile hair from the inside of the cuticle to the outside to help prevent breakage and split ends. Natural aromatic properties from rosemary energize and invigorate the senses.

I have to say I really love it from the very first aplication. The fact that it's sulfate-free means I do not have to worry about my scalp having adverse reactions to it, and that my hair is not subjected to harsh ingredients.

So what are sulfates? They are what makes your shampoo lather up when you wash your hair. So what makes them so bad? Sulfates are effective in in removing oil, and have been used in all kinds of cleaning products such as facial foams, body cleansers, and even floor cleaners used in mechanic shops. For a long time, we have been associating foam with clean, and we want clean non-oily hair, right?
Okay.. I am about to be more serious here..
Sulfates, present in Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Ammonium Laureth Sulfate, and other variations. Some are stronger and harsher than others, but they are essentially sulfate.
Sulfates have been known to cause skin irritation (i.e scalp irritation) and hair follicle damage, which can lead to diminished hair growth and weakened hair structure. Scary.. Huh?!

Coloured hair is already weakened, So imagine the damage sulfates can do when they strip the hair off whatever moisture it has left. Yup, brittle, frizzy hair.
I did my research, and found that most sulfate-free shampoos do not lather as well, and thus people tend to use more in order to get the amount of lather they're used to, to achieve that squeaky-clean feeling, but I was very pleased to find that the L'Oreal EVERSTRONG shampoo, for something sulfate-free, lathers like a charm! So no damage done to my hair and it also smells like a rain forest, so fresh !
I've been using this shampoo for about 2 weeks now, and I have to say it again I really love it, from the very first time.. My hair doesn't break as easily, and it feels pretty soft and manageable.

Bye for now, see you on my next post !
